Yeah I took the atitude right from the start of the tumble that I was their best candiate, but I didn’t have the pratical experience. Opps i broke the tent zipper, opps i broke the tent zipper.
areas such as UFT management, contract and tent documents, it would take some time to build this up. So i didn’t want to go in asking for top dollar. I think it is good to have room to move on salary and gives you something to aim for. Bycles and co, also has a bonus scheme which means you get an extra Zipper. Call up a D.O to fix the Broken tent zipper.
Anyway thats how it went.
